Introduction:
I nominate the above-mentioned person for the above-mentioned category as he has spent 2 years of his young life (at age 18) to help serve and further develop his country and himself, while also sending back to help maintain and support the quality of life with his family at home in the Cayman Islands. HIs family might not have had the chance to be productive members of society without the help of his seafaring wages. Isaac gained some life long knowledge during his time at sea that he has carried with him through his other careers as a Tourism ambassador working in the hotel industry, construction industry, and now as a Taxi driver. Isaac has also shared his seafaring knowledge and history with his granddaughter who now works in one of our cultural institutions and passes that knowledge on to others.
