Bio

Introduction:
This gentleman represented our beloved Cayman Islands like no other I know in the shipping industry. He excelled from a Wiper/FWT/Oiler/Jr. Eng to the rank of Chief Engineer in 11 years. During that time he became the go to person on how to that job within the company. He worked for National Bulk Carriers Self Unloaders S.A., and papachristidis shipping company, He was the Chief Engineer aboard the the SS Cavala formerly named as Ore Convey for 14 of the last 15 years of his career. He was always proud to say he was a Caymanian seaman! He held the utmost respect of his employers and fellow seaman during and after his storied career.
