Introduction:
I am honored to dominate Capt. Donald McLean for the award of Excelled at Sea. He achieved his Captain certification for Offshore Sailing Yachts in 1997 from the Royal Offshore YachtMaster in Southampton England. His list of achievements are as follows:
+ Sailing Sunfish and Dolphin sailboats with the Sea Scouts 1970
+ Competed in the inaugural Caribbean Sea Scout Regatta in Granada in 1971 and won Gold Medal for Rowing
+ Windsurfing 1980 to 1982 after returning from University
+ Competed in Cayman Easter Regatta 1982 catboat class.
+Competed in the Central American & Caribbean Games in J24 sailboat in 1990 & 1993.
+ Represented Cayman at World Sailing Games in 1994, 1998 and 2002.
+ Competed in Antigua Sailing Week in 1994,1995 and 2011.
