Bio
Introduction:
Capt. Cline Glidden was an early pioneer in the turtling and seafaring heritage of the Cayman Islands. He starting his seafaring career at the early age of 12 years old going as a navigator to the Mosquito Cays with older Caymanian Seamen. After that he progressed in a career through a range of officer position eventually achieving his United States Coast Guard License as a Master Mariner of any gross tonnage in any seas. Capt. Glidden was well known and respected locally for his major accomplishment as a Master Mariner who sailed as a merchant marine in various senior officer positions the final one as a Captain and after retirement he then serves the Cayman Islands as the Sergeant at Arms of the Cayman Islands Legislative Assembly.
