Introduction:
Kie Christian went to sea in his teens, turtling off Sierana Cays and then worked his way up to England to take the Captains test which he passed with pride and was awarded his navigation tools the Saxton etc. US Immigration records from Ancestory.com shows he was 2nd Officer and 3rd Officer on the SS Dragon approx 1953/55 and Master (Captain) on the Kirkwood in 1960.
