Introduction:
Bert Jackson started his seafaring career at age 16. Sailing first on SS Ore Transport of National Bulk Carriers. Later worked for a fruit company out of Miami, transporting bananas from out of Guatemala to Miami, he finished his seafaring career sailing on the M.V. Addieh of Grand Cayman.
