Introduction:
DD - Rupert's seafaring days started as a 14 year old cook on turtling voyages to Miskito Cay and ended 16 years later aboard the S.S. Ore Chief. After 9 years in the construction industry, Rupert served in the Civil Service, retiring 19 years later as Assistant Chief Immigration Officer. Now 86 years of age, he continues to serve his country in whatever ways he is able.
