Bio

Introduction:
Mr Connolly began his seafaring career in February 1964 at the age of 17. He was employed by National Bulk Carriers of New York, USA. He joined the SS Bulk Petrol as Messman and continued to sail on various ships with the company while studying for his Engineering Licenses. He obtained his Chief Engineer License in December 1973 and then continue to sail on ocean going vessels with National Bulk Carriers as Chief Engineer. He retired in April 2000 after sailing for 36 years.
