He sailed to Miskito Keys in 1979 with his father John Powery and his uncle Shem for the first trip was 1.5 yrs on the Raymar they went Belize, Honduras and on the Marray for 1.5 years they went Guatemala and Tampa, also Carygulf, Belize, Miami, Texas, Guatemala & Colombia.
