Bio
Introduction:
Paul sailed on various ships during his seafaring career spanning 1966 to 1978. He sailed on various vessels (Petro Emperor, Ore Convey, Imperial St. Lawrence). He first started as a "Wiper" in the engine room, then moved on to a "Fireman" where he fired the boilers and monitored numerous gauges. He then went on to be an "Oilier" and a "Maintenance-Man" respectively. Paul's career at sea helped provide not only for his immediate family, but others within the district via his mother. Many of the skills that Paul acquired at sea, was used in the various jobs that he held when he returned home.
