Mr. Martin D Ebanks had three sons who followed in his seafaring footsteps. As a seafarer in 1914, he was one of the many Caymanian seafarers that were registered with the US Army draft board. He sailed the seas for over 50 years with various US Shipping lines. He passed away in 1973.
