Bio

Introduction:
Mr Walton was the last remaining catboat builder in Cayman Brac & Little Cayman. His most notable contribution to Cayman Sea Heritage and culture was his dedication to preservation of the beloved Caymanian tradition of building and sailing catboats. He was an exquisitely talented craftsman, who was commissioned to build catboats for many private individuals. He also built catboats that are on display at the Heritage House in Northeast Bay and another is a permanent part of the Cayman Brac Museum exhibition. See attached for more details.
