Bio
Introduction:
Commander Scott was a Master Mariner, one of the youngest Caymanians to rise to this rank. After settling in Jamaica with his family, Commander Scott was instrumental in the formation and growth of the Jamaican Coast Guard. He was widely recognized and commended for the building of the JDF Coast Guard Division, his work in drug interdiction, coordination efforts between multiple jurisdictions in the war on drugs, as well as coordinating 100's of complex air and sea rescue operations.
