Bio
Introduction:
Setting off from the Brac, at the tender age of 17, as many young Caymanian men at the time did, with National Bulk carrier as a Messman, Larry Foster sailed the world with several companies, namely, Danzler marine, Imperial oil of Canada, Tidewater marine, Cayman Energy, PTL and Skaugen. Capt. Foster moved his way to the highest position possible at the end of his career, of Chief Mooring master. Some of his dangerous and courageous trips to sea took him to the middle east, where he was involved in ship-to-ship transfers, during the Iran/Iraq war and later Desert Storm war. Capt. Foster spent many years away from his wife and seven children and is a living example of a Caymanian Man that sacrificed much of his years and "Excelled at Sea".
