Capt Scott started out as a seaman as a young boy of 16 years of age and at age 20 he assumed the role of MASTER of the local ship when the Master suddenly died at sea. He continued his studies and obtained his MASTER MARINERS LICENCE a few years after that. He sailed throughout the Caribbean and other ports and when the Oil Transfer business came to Cayman Brac. He obtained a position of Mooring Master. After the Business ceased from being there he continued as a Mooring Master at various positions through out the world. After 55+ years he still continues to do an excellent job in his chosen profession.
